  I enjoyed this class as a whole however the exams could be difficult. There was no standardization of questions for the exams so it was completely dependent on the chance of what you would be tested on. There is a lot of material that could appear. It was an easy class overall. Would recommend the World Campus version of the class for an easier A.

  Take through World Campus if you can. If you do all your work and turn it in, you will likely get a 100%. The only difficult parts are the exams, so study for that. All assignments and projects are fairly simple and easy points. A lot of answers for the quizzes can be found on quizlet. Easy Gen-Ed and the concepts are pretty interesting!

  I turned many things in late and they still took it. Take through WC if ur a University Park student you won't have to take exams through pollock center. Art projects take a long time but I got 100% on that. The exams aren't even weighed that much. Finish all assignments and it won't really matter what you get on exams.

  Do NOT take this class if you think it is going to be an easy gen ed. The exams are impossible to pass unless you treat this game like a textbook and remember every single piece of it. Art projects are graded off of how well you can draw. Not a good class at all, the game is easy but it is still difficult.

  The professor is amazing and very sweet. Always replies to emails however this class is so difficult. Video game is great but lots of reading and memorizing. Exams are hard even while studying. I had to work way too hard for a gen ed but the Art Projects and Reflection papers were fun.

  I would not recommend this class as an easy gen ed. Dr. Charlton is nice and responds quick to email, but exams are difficult for a gen ed class. Exams are in pollock and are hard. The video game is annoying but not too difficult. A couple art projects that aren't bad.

  Super nice professor. Very responsive to emails. Just do all the work and use quizelet for quizzes in video game and you are guaranteed to do well

  Astro 1 isn't an impossible course, it's definetly not as easy as people make it out to be. tests are 40% and taking at pollock testing, which are mediocre difficulty. have to put in work to study but the course work is an online video game so not as challenging. the professor also rounded my grade so def one of favorite, also very caring.

  ASTRO 7N is a good choice overall for a gen ed, but it's not necessarily "easy". There are 2 exams in-person, each 15% of your grade, that are very difficult. Other than that, assignments are very doable. You basically play a video game, write reflections, and complete projects. As long as you meet the requirements, you'll get 100s on them.

  Great class only thing is the 2 exams that are involved with this class got moved in person, and definitely require studying. Definitely easy but not as easy as it used to be. you will get a 100 on everything, but the exams maybe try to take it at world campus

  All of the answers can be found on Quizlet. However the 2 exams that are involved with this class got moved in person, and were extremely challenging (maybe because I zipped through the game, but still studied hard). I got a C and D on the exams, however was still able to end with a 90%. Definitely easy but not as easy as it used to be.

  Prof. Charlton was great for ASTRO7N. The game itself got boring after a while and a lot of the work felt like busy work, but she was great with everything. Her grading criteria is very clear. The exams are pretty challenging for an online class, but as long as you study the notes she provides you with and the in-game quizzes, you should do fine.

  If you just pay attention the tests shouldn't be the end of the world. It is mostly basic math and astronomy. She gives a study guide that is giving actual test questions. If you actually think through it likely you will find it intuitive. Video game format is fun and wouldn't have it any other way.

  Game was fun; quizzes, projects and assignments were easy peasy. but the exams are insane. I would study for days (sometimes even pulled all nighters) and couldn't get past a C on every single exam. reaching out to the professor(s) unfortunately didn't help at all. if your looking for a solid B though, this is your class.

  Do not take this class! While online it is not easy breezy! There were four tests which each had material that was not covered. Additionally, there was math with no calculator. This is not fun at all. Best wishes if you are taking. It ruined my 4.0 and it was supposed to be an easy elective.

  The video game can be very long and boring sometimes, but overall the class wasn't too bad. Professor Charlton keeps her course organized and shares her grading criteria clearly. The exams were a bit tough, but if you go over her notes and the in-game quizzes you will be ok. It was a lot of busy work, but I would recommend ASTRO7N as a gen ed.
