We've only had the displeasure ofhaving this company lord over our sewage and water bills for less than 2years and have been treated ina way I'd never imagine being treated over bills ofsuch small proportions. Wemake sure wepay over the amount charged sothat they don't file adelinquent charge with acollections agency, but even being over, they still send usto collections? Like wecurrently owe -23.90BUT they have sent $11.43tocollections…So, nomatter what wedo (and weare never late over amonth ifever), weare constantly having todeal with pink slips and collections, and even having our water shut off unexpectedly (They blatantly lied and tried tosay they put anotice onour house, but wewere home and even had aguest over and had nonotice.) Disgusted with this company and disgusted with the borough for going through them. Ican only speculate there's some corrupt political reasons they're being used and wonder who isbenefiting.… – show

I have nochoice inthe matter since myborough has them for anything that has todo with tax collection, water, sewage and storm water. These people are byfar the worst company Ihave ever had todeal with. Saying that wedidn’t pay things when wedid. Completely unprofessional. Ihad their supervisor MichaelR. Didonato, basically talking over methroughout the call and when Iasked him towait amoment while Ilogged into their website heliterally huffed, like Iwas aninconvenience. Why did Pittsburgh boroughs choose these people? Most ofus don’t have achoice, but ifyoudo, run away! Donot trust them.… – show

Very, very hard toget intouch with. Contacted meover ayear after Ifiled 2019locals totell methey needed another form. Even worse, Ichecked myPDF that was faxed AND printed and mailed tothem, and that form was inthere. Which I’m assuming only could mean they are careless and misplacedit. Ionly lived intheir territory for one year, and pray Inever deal with them again. Keystone Collects has anextremely user friendly online system. I called toget details about mybill. Ispoke with Mike who kept asking why Iwas asking for more details. Bythe end hewas using profanity and screaming into the phone. Ihad toreport the incident tothe township. Isincerely hope mytownship finds another vendor tohandle collections inthe future. I'll bevoting for change until that happens.

TOOK 1MONTH AND 4DAYS FOR THEM TOCASH MYBOROUGH TAX CHECK AND COULD NTGET AHOLD OFTHEM ONTHE PHONE

I had toamend mytax return because Imessed somethingup. The amended return could not besubmitted online. The Jordan Tax Service website also looks like garbage.
