1981 saw Lauren Hutton score her biggest acting gig to date — the lead female role in "American Gigolo" alongside Richard Gere. Lauren played Michelle Stratton — a prominent politician's wifewho gets involved with Richard's high-profile escort character — in the hit crime drama.

Despite the scary incident, Lauren didn't let it deter her from getting back on a bike.
