  I called there several times toinform them that someone that isworking there orany fulfillment center isrobbing them blind. But they never answered their phone.
  I ordered something oneBay from aNew York seller and the package came inWalmart box with Walmart tape and aWalmart label, however itwas nopacking slip. Also called somebody else there atthe distribution center they told meto call customer service. Iguess they don't care ifsomebody stealing ornot!

  I see several reviews where the box was empty. Myson also had the same experience with aniPhone that was over $300. The box came and had tobe signedfor. Well ofcourse phone box was empty inside the shippingbox. Walmart sent areplacement and same thing happened. This happened inMarch. Ikept contacting someone and was told inMay tonotify mybank. Well Igotta refund while itwas under investigation. Well yesterday Igot aletter from our bank and Walmart got their money back. Soit's August and took this long for them todecide they deserved their money and wedeserved tobe stolen from. Way togo Walmart. You know what they say about Karma!!!!… – show

  Hello. There isclearly something going onat this warehouse. I've received the same item twice now and both have came broken. This warehouse needs tobe investigated for unethical and unprofessional behavior. Always seem tohave problems from this shipping address. Nowhere else. Sorry tosay but this warehouse needs new management. Thank you very much.

  Ordered a$300cell phone from walmart.com and received asealed empty box with shipping paper init! What acomplete joke! Myphone never left there warehouse and Iended upwith anemptybox! Should have checked the reviews 1st because itlooks like quite afew people have received empty boxes! Something needs tobe done about this!!!!

  Walmart needs todo better with packaging shipments. Iwas soexcited toreceive mylamp until Iopened mypackage tofind itbroken beneath the sorry excuse ofpackaging. Nothing remotely fragile would survive ina wad ofpaper that istossed around shipping facilities and trucks. The box isn’t even marked fragile. Highly disappointed.

  I keep receiving packages that aren't mine and are fraudulent packages. Please let meknow who toreach outto. I'm currently working with local law enforcement here regarding these packages. I've tried calling this number and the line isoff the hook.
